• CAN I RETURN IT IF I DO NOT LIKE THE HAIR I RECEIVED?

  Yes. The hair can be returned or replaced in 15 days. Note: Do not return hair coloured.

  You will be able to get a refund as soon as we have received the goods in the original condition. Our warehouse is in USA California.

  1. The seller will pay the return transportation charge if the transpotation is in error, the colour of the hair is incorrect, or its quality is not good.

  2. Buyer will pay the return delivery fee if the type/color is changed because this is not acceptable for sellers.
