Please read this material carefully, because it contains some important details. These policies will be applied to our transaction and will have a decisive effect.
At Highlights Wig, customer satisfaction is our primary goal. We can guarantee the quality of our products. We firmly believe that we can work with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Before we leave the warehouse, we carefully inspect, wash and condition our hair. Since our products are unique and everyone’s hair is different, please understand that we cannot guarantee that the hair color and texture will be exactly the same as in the picture.
Everyone’s hair is different, so there are no two identical human wigs. Our photos are to give you a better understanding of our materials. When you order our products, you will find that the wigs you receive are somewhat different from the photos you see online. This is inevitable and there is no need to avoid it. This is one of the joys of buying and wearing high-quality virgin hair. Our hair is as beautiful as yours, unique!
Because we only offer natural colors such as black, light black, dark brown or treasure colors with natural highlights/undertones. If you want to dye your hair, it has to be permanent or semi-permanent. (A professional designer is recommended.)

All payments are 100% advances. We will never tolerate credit card fraud or fraudulent goods. Any fraudulent acquisitions will be prosecuted. If your account number is different from your shipping address, you must contact us before sending, but this will delay your receiving time.
The order is irrevocable after payment.
Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 PM Beijing time. Orders for this weekend are shipped immediately on Monday morning, except for holidays. Orders will be delivered 3 to 5 working days after shipment.
If an item is out of stock, it will be displayed as “sold out” and you can’t buy any more. However, you can also send us an email telling us what you want and your contact information. When the item you want has been restocked, you will receive a notification from us, but we will not hold the item for your customers. If you really want something, you need to keep an eye on the notification yourself.

All express packages must be signed. For convenience, do not order at the last minute. If you have a deadline for final delivery or other agreements, we recommend that you make this clear at the time of booking to avoid unexpected delays. We will not be liable for any delay due to bad weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier errors. Please note that holidays will not be counted as working days, so they will not be counted when calculating shipping times, but will be included in your waiting period. We will try our best to entrust FedEx/ups to deliver the goods on time. But if your package is delayed, we will not reimburse you for the freight, it is not in our responsibility. Goods cannot be delivered on time/rejected/sent incorrectly
Incomplete or incorrect address information is an important factor leading to delivery delays. Check your order address information to make sure you have included all the information (address, telephone, name, etc.) to ship the package. Your order will be sent by fedex/ups to the address you specify. Please be sure to provide the most accurate and comprehensive information. No refund service will be provided in case of any shipment error caused by the filling of personal information.
If you trace your shipment and find that your shipping documents are incorrect or lost in transit, please call us immediately. We’ll get in touch with FedEx/ups right away and track your package so they can start investigating. The investigation will take up to three to five working days. If it is confirmed that your shipment has been lost, we will send a replacement until FedEx/ups investigates the situation.
Highlights Wig will not send or return packages that have been delivered in FedEx/ups tracking.
Highlights Wig reserves the right to change prices, policies and procedures. So if you want to know the latest, the most accurate information, please often on this website to understand.
Highlights Wig shall not be liable for any remedies other than those set forth in this Contract, including for failure to provide products, services and support. Highlights Wig will not be liable for damages for subsequent, specialized, indirect or punitive damages and will not be liable for third party claims, even if informed of the possibility of such damages, unless expressly stated in the contract. There is such a liability constraint on products and services. Highlights Wig shall not be liable for any loss beyond the total amount paid by the customer under this contract. User shall assume the corresponding obligations for the purchase of services not included in the Products provided herein.
Images of people and places displayed on Highlights Wig website are owned by the company. You or any third party may not use the image unless expressly permitted in the Terms of Use or anywhere on the Highlights Wig website. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy and publicity laws, and other relevant laws and regulations. Any products, services, procedures or technologies provided by Highlights Wig may become the contents of other intellectual property rights of Highlights Wig. These are Highlights Wig rights that are not specifically authorized here, but you can’t just assume that they can be used at will
In addition to your personal data, any communications or information you send to Highlights Wig electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions or submissions, will be considered non-confidential and private. Any content you post on the Highlights Wig website, including but not limited to, may be modified, copied, disseminated, published, discussed. If you submit the material to Highlights Wig, you permanently assign and permanently waive and agree never to claim any copyright, including any right of publicity, or privacy, or any other intellectual property or ownership.
Highlights Wig reserves the right to cancel or change the program at any time without prior notice.
