Return and Exchange Policy

 

If you are not satisfied, we can return the hair to you.

 

Highlights Wig promises that if you are not satisfied with our hair products within 20 working days of receiving them, we will allow you to exchange or return them.

 

Return or exchange instructions

 

 1.  All returns must be completed within 20 working days after the arrival of the goods. We will not be liable for any more than 20 working days.

 

2. Items returned or replaced should not have been altered in any way. Not used, not pressed, not dyed. If the product has been used or caused damage due to your reasons, please understand that we do not provide return service.

 

3. Direct shipping to Los Angeles for American customers. Once LA receives your send to Hair, we will refund to your account the first time.

 

4. If the goods are returned due to our fault in transportation, HighlightsWig will bear all transportation expenses.

 

5. If the customer is not satisfied and returns/replaces the goods, the customer is responsible.

 

Dealing with return and exchange of goods

 

1. If you need to return the goods, please contact us within 20 days.

 

2.  Please send us your order number, your name and the picture of the product to be returned, so that we can deal with it in time.

 

3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address, please note that check.

 

4. we receive your returned products and check that they are correct, we will refund to your account or send you the hair products you need immediately.
